Oh, OK--I played through again and there was a bug on my previous playthrough. The security cam image never showed up and the jewelry store was marked as finished.
Ups, never ran into this one, I think. Is it working now, in your 2nd run?
Yeah, so it may be something that just got fixed along with other stuff in the meantime.
