Never apologize for the quality. You submitted a game that kinda works and that's basically a win in itself. Jams are something you do to learn more about game making and not to appease your audience.  Learn from this and do better next time!

The comments are a good point to start, I'll add a few things: you don't necessarily need to put a tutorial in the game if you're short on time, just write it in the game description, add a few screenshots maybe (this can be done AFTER submitting). You also don't need to be concerned with how long your game is, you can treat it as proof of concept, so this is perfectly acceptable. On the game itself, I hope you're not too discouraged from continuing. Keep it up!
