Playing in VN mode, how can I approach the faeries? Each time I do that I get that ice world flashback and there is no other information.
Learn the right spells. Invisibility (you should have this one) and drain mana (if my memory serves me right). I think it's stated in the glossary too and mentioned first time before you approach them.
