At night, ghosts try to kill you, but are warded off by the campfire. In the morning, the ghosts kill the campfire.
An unfinished product is an unfinished product for a jam, and must be judged as-is. What you have right now is, indeed, a prototype. The things that exist are done competently (Navigation Agent notwithstanding), but is an incomplete experience, and therefore not a contender.
