I got the ending where I woke up. It felt tragic. I fought hard to escape the grips of the shadow only to end up in a worse state. Unfortunately, that's how it goes. The prose was well done. The banter between the player and the shadow was fun to read. Plus the few visuals gave off a dreamy vibe that added nicely to the game.
