Does the continuation of the tournament arc have a time of year requirement? My game is currently in December, and no matter how many times I visit the Shogukuni gardens nothing happens. Is this because Cassie has currently fled the cold and is outside Argleton?
Or am I just missing something obvious? (Like usual...) >_>
