I have the first two Sanctum skies - Blue and Moons - but I keep getting offered the blue one again as a reward even though I can't select it. I am never offered the third.
Double-checked this and it all seems to be set-up correctly (set-up just like ground is). Perhaps I'll add a new sky option soon and we can see what happens then.
