To advance the relationship with any girl, just click on her card in the heart menu and read the "HINT". If it doesn't say anything, then you can't go further.
If you've discovered Lyx, then you've discovered the magical person. Do Lyx's quests until you learn her name then visit Chloe's room in the morning of any day.
