The tricky part here is whether are not you have auto-updates enabled. If you don't, you potentially won't be playing the most up-to-date version of the game.
In order to get auto-updates you'd need to first install the official Itch.io app: Just search for "itch.io app" on your search engine
I don't make a devlog for every incremental update, I tend to wait until a significant amount of changes have taken place before releasing a devlog.
The most up-to-date version is 0.0.0.84.7
