Maybe the antivirus or Windows Defender is blocking the files because they were downloaded from an unknown source. Try turning it off for a while and extract the files. Just don't forget to turn it back on. Also, try downloading from another browser or unzipping with another program. If that doesn't help, then write me your e-mail and payment method in Discord, and I will send you a link to one of the file-sharing sites with this update.
