You have a two options, one is to create a new game and play that way since it is early in the game,
you could change the code in your save profile of the game to remove your lady of the night score back to 0 but i dont recommend because if you screw it up too much you can mess up the game. Also it defeats the purpose of playing the game.
There is no way to undo this in the game. However it is a rogue lite game so it is supposed to be played multiple times.
