that OS should be able to install the app,
Version 7 is SDK Version 24My Minimum Is 16...

can you make it lower...?
I cannot, current version of the SDK only supports half of newest. which is 16 :<
it runs beautifully on a pc of any age though.
Might want to give it a look even on an older laptop
