Hey, I haven't given a lot of thought into all the different tags quite yet, but I do plan on giving MC the option to pretty much avoid things as much as possible. The MC's landlord and landlady are in a relationship though, so if you would like to pursue her, it's just something that you'll have to keep in mind.

You should consider sexless marriage, there are many ways you can go about it,
the landlord can have a lover, not be interested in the landlady anymore etc... many ways that don't imply a LI having sex or be involved with someone else that is not the mc.
When a li has sex with someone else who is not the mc is considered ntr to most of us, whether it is shown or not... it is still the same thing because of the jealousy factor.

Was kinda interested to see if this game was worth adding to my list but it seems like it won't truly be safe from your own words.
