Uhm..first comment on itch.io so wow what an occasion, but uhm
I really wanted to express that I adored Picture Perfect Boyfriend (and the reboot!!) I played through the first date (Of PPB 1) fairly normally, a lot of my optioned matched with Ashton naturally so I didn't think too hard about it at first LMAO. Then I got to the end and realized the game had a lowkey yandere feel but when Ashton broke the fourth wall I was baffled so badly that I went back through to replay his date! And then when I learned you had a "reboot" in the works I was so excited to play through it and I could not be more impressed or amazed with the craftsmanship of this game!! I mega can not wait to see the game finished!!! I wish you so much luck on finishing this amazing game, and I hope that it finishes smoothly!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PLAYING! I am so very flattered!! I honestly thought people would suspect yandere shenanigans too quickly and would break the immersion but so many people don't realize what's going on before it's too late, and that makes me so happy! I really wanted to recreate the world crushing feeling I had when I played DDLC the first time.
I slightly regret calling the second game "REBOOT" because it's actually a sequel (despite what the Bureau of Ai and Human Relations has me on contract to say). Almost everyone remembers what happened in the first PPB and reference it many times. I'm even surprized at how many people actually LIKE (red eyed) "Ashton" (or Ashino)
I'm very close to finishing it, there's just some pictures I need to draw and some bugs to work out, but I appreciate SO MUCH everyone whose played the DEMO!!
(also if you didn't know, I have a YouTube channel called "Espoir du Vide" where I play similar games to the one I made, it's very silly and full of flirting and memes)
