Yes! you can use the playdate simulator for PC

Run in simulator:

unzip
go to https://play.date/dev/
accept the user agreement and download the sdk
install it on your computer
go to where you install it and run "\PlaydateSDK\bin\PlaydateSimulator.exe"
open the pdx file in the simulator

The playdate simulator is free to use even if you don't have a playdate. Unfortunately, porting the game to PC would be a lot more work than it's worth, I'd basically have to remake the game in an entirely different framework.
