While incredibly basic, i think you do have some decent building blocks to work with.
I cant really comment much since, as you pointed out, this is only a prototype.

I have a big ambition for this project and I hope I can bring all my plans to it.
Next Update It will have a bit of what the type of game this will become so if you could check the next update when it arrives it would be awsome, but I only plan to bring around 23 Dec since it's a big one.
