Are you sure you purchased the premium extension ? If yes, did you used paypal or other than paypal solution with another email ?
DO you have a screenshot about your premium extension payment ?

Looks like it's a mistake from my end.
I purchased $12 tier ($9.60 due to sales) because the page said "Support this tool at or above a special price point to receive something exclusive." I thought this tier included premium extension.
If it's possible, I'd like to make some changes to my payment. Since I already paid $9.60 and current price for application and premium extension is total $10.98, is there any chance I could send you the remaining $1.38 to gain access to the premium extension?
