You might also want to c0nsider using the form of the Romanian flag that has the national arms on it; otherwise it's basically indistinguishable from that of Chad.
Yeah, I looked up the history after I made the comment. The arms were removed after the fall of the Communist regime. But there's got to be some way to disambiguate, or at least not have both Romania and Chad as choices when one of those flags comes up...
