Not sure about that bug to be honest, I'd try and create a hotfix but to be honest, the next public update of Version 0.03B is set to come out in a few days, 3rd of November. You can use your old save and use the 'update old save' button on the game's phone settings to set everything properly to minimize bugs. That's my best solution I can give you at this moment, the new version would have fixed any 0.02B issues + new content.
