Can I get a hint on how to find the donut scene? I am assuming it's at the Fast Food Restaurant but I haven't been able to find a cop there. :-?
Donut scenes can only be seen after you've finished the Sexcavation campaign.
You need to visit the Eastern Medicine shop and ask "Do you have anything that the police likes?" to begin a mini quest to start the scene.
