10 gb is too much for game jam game. How many hours of content is there in the game? It'd be better if you can share a video of the game on the Itch.io page
I forgot to remove the assets that I didn't used, there is maybe 20m to an hour of content, it will depends if you can found the stuff that you need to found and how much time you want to try to found the stuff :) there is a little bit of gameplay on my last video at the end (from 20:44) :
