Can you provide me with more details on what you found difficult? Was it something related to navigating to find the quests, managing the resources, or the combat?
In the thugs hideout the first floor is literaly impossible unless you just run through it completey missing the entire floor and just rush to the second floor to the key guy to kill the boss. also if you go to the second floor and reenter the whole dialogue will come up again from when you first enter the building will replay again and you have to play it out again

I addressed the issues you mentioned on patch 0.1.1.
Eilayda's stats were boosted, and damage spells' mana consumption was slightly adjusted to make fights less difficult.
Now events in the dungeon should not be repeated when you use the stairs.
The latest game version (0.1.2) is available for download.
I recommend you start a new game, if you follow the update instructions, you can skip the prologue and give another try to the kidnappers’ dungeon with these new changes.
