Great art style, absolutely love it! I guess it might benefit if player could run because it feel kinda slow, although I played in browser and maybe it's a reason.

That's fair, the game is indeed in need of testing and adjustments to many things, such as the player speed, some enemy speeds and sound effect distances ^^ But the browser version might have some slowness issue as well, since it seems most of the particle effects don't work on it either.
