For next update, we probably don't have time to implement those skills since we also need to create buildings to apply the skills. Our focus is to add as many storyline aka stuff to do in the game. Right now we already achieved 50% storyline (100K characters). We want to reach 100% storyline by the end of December so can't let any distraction.
