While I appreciate the interest and know well that more frequent updates would be sensible, sadly I won't be able to make them any faster. This is a hobby done after my regular job and studies, with me already working on it almost every day.
As for the russian language, there are translation option in Renpy, which I haven't looked into, but this is even something the end-user could do. But I might check it out after I have the most pressing chores on the next update done.
