I feel like I saw a comment in the past that said our at least implied that they had managed to take all the girls with them on the plane at the end. I cannot figure out how to make this happen, if it is indeed possible.

Woah, first of all you should put a fat SPOILER warning in your post since you're talking about endings here and we don't want to spoil newcomers.
What you're looking for is called the harem ending, it's the best ending possible. There is an official walkthrough among the downloadable files, it should tell you everything you need to know.
