I found 2 weird bugs: the Sound Effects not playing and being able to continue the gameplay after the Game Over.
It also seems that you don't know a lot about music composing, I recommend trying to learn music theory, there's some good videos on YouTube teaching it and when you learned all of the basics you can start watching a Youtuber called "Alex Yard and Knuckles", he makes music theory about old games of the 90s most likely Sonic, it's really cool to see how those amazing tracks are able to fit the situation.
