GPU not updated, or that your graphic card does not support in using Pixel Shader 5.0 on DirectX 11. You can try update it, but if it does not help, then it's old and you may need a new one
All Intel HD graphics that are below the 3000s series does not support DirectX 11.
Make sure that your GPU can support Directx 11.
