My guess is that it's indeed Renpy that at least the virus total page has a problem with.
In the result screen, one or two of them (at least one), seems to be always the same, so I believe it that it's because of renpy
So yes I'm kind of convinced at this point.
Hey beside yours, anything else that I should really try? I only recently joined and try to see what else is good.

Currently good if I'm allowed to mention it here seems Five Nights at Frennies, Harem Hotel, Spunk Stock, Broken Dreams Correctional Center, Eternum. Maybe Price of Freedom unsure if it could get boring. That's more than enough I guess.
I do always enjoy a good story or fun gameplay in these games or in general.
Some of the first things I found here that didn't got boring with the story or had a good enough artstyle.

edit: oh but I'm also currently starting to look for some good horror or RPG Games. For a while I only wanted what Steam doesn't give anymore. Maybe I see some sort of "only Itch.io game" here.
