Hello everyone, a question what can I ask when the character textures don't load and they only look pink?

This is because of the GPU not being able to show the textures.
You can try update your GPU to its latest version.
If the GPU does not support Pixel Shader 5.0 on the DirectX 11 version, then you gonna need a newer graphic card.
All Intel HD graphics that are below the 3000s series doesn´t support DirectX 11.
Make sure your graphics can support in using DirectX 11
