i can't do the pick locking quest i because it never moves there what can i do?
Sounds like you're playing on a modded/unofficial version. It's a common bug with those.
Make sure you're playing on the most recent one, you can download it from itch
I found out i was just stupid and forgot to learn it from Chris.
