The art style of the generator isn't pixel art. But it does have some pixelization filters built in which you have some control over. There is currently no ability to upload and create custom parts. Hope that helps.

We have been updating the tool a few times a month with new outfits, hairstyles, features and whatever we can. All free updates to the tool.
