Game Keeps Crashing On My Device

One UI Core Version 4.1

Andriod Verizon 12

Current Software Is Up To Date As Well

Plenty Of Storage Space Available As Well

Is my device not good enough to play this game? Or is there something else going on, that im missing? I have downloaded multiple games that took up way more space (600MB-1.5GB) in the past that had better graphics, frame rate etc and those games never crashed nor froze on me

I personally enjoy playing this game, it has potential to be really great, it's kind of hard to fully enjoy it because it keeps crashing

Usually hard crashes such as that, are not from the game's code specifically, but caused by the "Ren'py" Engine and your device having some issue.

Do you use any external software to fast forward dialogue, like an auto clicker? I test the game on a spare old Samsung S9 I have, and the game runs from start to finish without crashes, but the moment I use an auto clicker, it can crash.

The only other solution I can think of for hard crashing, is that v0.03 on Itch.io and v0.04 of Terrene on my Patreon, are both on the previous version of the Ren'py engine.

And maybe this version of Ren'py, has an unknown bug that is causing an issue with your devices soft/hardware specifically.

I'm currently working on v0.05 Terrene right now and I've upgraded to the latest version of Ren'py, so hopefully that might fix the issue with your device, when I release this version in the future.

But since it sounds like a problem with the Ren'py Engine/your device and not the game, I cannot do anything else.

I do not use any other external software while playing the game on my device. Never used a auto clicker while playing any mobile game on this current device

I can still play the game somewhat but the Crashing kills the experience, wonderful game by the way, comedy is golden
