I'm guessing the code for the keypad wasn't implemented yet. Found what seems like a 5th level of growth for your wife, at least from the description. Although the process for that also gives me an idea for a potential sixth. Will save the idea for now, partly to avoid spoilers.
I do want to suggest renaming the halls upstairs to "north hall" and "south hall" or "east hall" and "west hall" because trying to navigate them as just "left/right" is a little difficult due to the relativity of left/right.
I'm excited to see more progress with this story. I definitely want to see more and perhaps even a few more "bad ends", like perhaps the wife getting addicted to being milked or having a continuous growth so extreme she destroys the house.
