For the precursiors:You best have 5-6 Action Points (MkII Engine with 6 Dynamics Modules) and Quantum Shields and Weapon. Torpedos BFT (or Neutron)Khelara needs more app for you. Make two or three smuggling missions and chat with her in the engine room after that each day. (or give her vortex).
