Your proposed modifications sound okay. For the final submission be sure to describe each new level and how it is unique from the others and each can count as a significant modification. If you make changes to the menus you will need to be more specific in what the changes made are, for example what assets you created for the new menus and where you got any assets used that are not yours to provide proper credit to whoever made the assets.
