What is a field effect?

Like mentioned above it's a more unique status effect that can happen in certain batttles or situation and cannot be removed. It also affects all allies and foes.
In the desert area for exsample, all battles there have the "Hot" field effect applied to all allies and foes. The effcts can be very diffrent, the "Hot" field effect for exsample reduces Atk and HP Regen by a few %.
