It would not. Hermaphroditism doesn't exist in humans. There are intersex humans, but not hermaphrodites. Hermaphrodites have both male and female reproductive functions. As far as I'm aware, there have been no confirmed cases of this in humans specifically. Lots of fish and plants are hermaphroditic though!

Actually... yes, "hermaphrodite" is just the old term for intersex humans, so, yes, there are cases of hermaproditism in humans.

actually...no, there has never been a fixed number of genders, because that is not a thing that can be measured. remember that gender and sex are different things, from a different branch of study, and still, there is not only two sexes but at least three if we count hermaphroditism or intersex.
