Is the usual receptionist Brittany gone? If so, you need to talk directly to the other receptionist, not the adventurer talking to her. If Brittany isn't missing then something is bugged. Let me know if that is the case and I'll see if I can patch in a fix.

I believe I've figured out a solution. If you apply this patch to your game you should have an option in the debug menu called "Cannot start dungeon 5". If you select it and choose to activate it, Brittany should disappear and you should be able to interact with the other receptionist.
