You should you only accept save files from trusted sources. Also, sharing them can reveal information about the sharer and their computer. I'd suggest someone to produce official save files on a virtual machine, but for the time being, you can speed through the game by making liberal use of the skip feature; remember to enable "Skip unseen text" if you need to.
