That's a little strange. Do you get any errors at all or is it just hard crashing? I've got an old Samsung s9 I test the game on and it runs fine on that.
Hard crashes/freezes like that, are usually problems with the phone's specific hardware/software, struggling to run the game.
The only suggestions I have, is making sure your Android OS is up to date/your phone has enough free memory available to run the game.
Sorry, but there's not much I can do about it besides that.
