The game can't support cloud saves, I'm afraid! Saves are backed up to two separate locations on your computer, but if you get a brand new one that's not much help to you ;P
Hope it's not too tedious going through everything again! If it is, you can grab a save file from one of the lovely people over on the CK Discord (a start-of-Act-Three save is pinned in #game-chat) :)
