Thanks for the interest and support! I believe that these issues are fixed in the 0.49 version of the game? (I could be wrong and will check it out. As for your other questions:
1. That was leftover from an idea I had in the past and I forgot to take it out lol. So yes they will be in-game in the future.
2. Ralts appear where you fight Wally, they are just rare.
3. Not really a timeline, in V1.0 we will be getting another one.
4. Yup! I'll be revamping that whole system to add more options.
5. Yup, I'll be adding a replay room to the game soon!

The version I encountered that bug in is v0.49. I'm not sure if its because of how backwards I did the flow of the game or not however. I got my breeding pokemon in this order:
Kirlia > Vaporeon > Mawile > Vulpix > Braixen > Marowak > Noibat
I'm not sure if doing so much of the storyline out of order could have resulted in the bug, I just wanted to make you aware of it! :)
