This bug is really disturbing my work routine, I just can't work on the CEO's part, if you have a way to remove the bug, I would appreciate it?

We have fixed the bug on our latest build but we're not going to push the update until we have reached important milestone which is successful implementation of storyline. You can still force your way working on the CEO desk. Make sure ! icon points to desk not to the CEO. Then, you can interact with desk to start working.

Do other things. Quit the job & work on another company. There are 4 careers (ad agency, law, modelling & fashion) so there are plenty of stuff to do. Take note your save progress will be wiped clean when the next update comes out so don't get attached to your playthrough.
