Have you taken a look through Dream Apart or Dream Askew? Beginning on page 5, the text runs through their approach to playing, and explains things like tokens & moves.
I've realized that what I read was the Dream Askew Play Kit. The rules are probably in the Dream Askew/Dream Apart PDF, so I'll buy that sometime soon
