CC-BY-ND allows redistribution (even reselling) of unmodified versions so description and metadata aren't synced
CC-BY-NC-ND is the same as CC-BY-ND but prohibits commercial use. It don't allow to resell as well as use in commercial projects and under this license user still can redistribute unmodified version but non commercially only...
