So far things I found out that are useful:
bottle + water source (rain,ditch, etc.) = dirty water
dirty water + rain = large jug of dirty water
wood stick + wood stick = firestarter,
firestarter + wood = campfire,
campfire + small mouse (or meat) = cooked meat
campfire + large jug dirty water = purified water
