Hey, man. I think you can make a refund if the purchase is new (less than 7 days). I don't know exactly how but you can check out your purchases and ask for a refund from itch. I'ts completely out of my control, I think it's on itch and your side, since there have been refunds from previous buyers in the past which I did not do anything. You have to do it yourself.
