few years late, hehe. in case it helps future players though: theres a bridge under the pumpkin patch sign, you can collect more items there!
then (spoilers)
- get the bone and return it to the pile then sleep for the neutral
- get all items and talk to the last worm for inspiration, then talk to the worm bouncer for the true end!
