Yeah there is overall a good amount of ammo/medicine, but it is survival horror after all so you will have to save your resources, some enemies also have more health then others and generally you wanna go for headshots as they deal more damage as well as use melee but be careful to take too many hits! Thanks for your feedback! Good job on getting ending 3, you were close to the other ones! As for the ragdolls yeah it may seem like you are stuck, but usually you can press space to jump or c to crawl and get away haha.
